It has been a wonderful first few days! We are constantly plotting and planning, streamlining and improving. A few menu decisions: we will try to always keep cucumber/dill/onion salad in the case. We will have one set of repeating soups; every Monday is chicken, every Friday is conch chowder, etc. Still working that one up. Send us an email (info@snstakeout.com) if you want to be heard, or post on our Facebook wall. Now that all chef's equipment is functioning, we are going to kick it up a notch next week. Yup, Chef puts out yummy food even with a handicap or two!
Today was a grand time at the farmers market! I'm the one pulling the red Radio Flyer groaning under the vegetable load. The crowds are gone, but Fort Pierce is a year round market. Just beautiful, too. The rest of the day has been devoted to Quickbooks. 'Nuff said.
Tomorrow morning we are off to the beach, to remind us how lucky we are to live here. Then, it's off to primp and preen the dining room a bit more. We hope to remedy the naked walls!
