What a blessing, thank you! Certainly, we will get to know you and what you like better, but we could not be more grateful for the reception you have provided. Exciting news; we may be looking at some pasture raised pork later this week. And, dare I say it, pasture fed beef around the 17th. We are also working to try new distributors, to find the best choices of what's available.
We are getting faster and smoother, we hope, and feel we could not provide the same value if we had employees. If you hate to wait, between 2pm and 4pm is often quiet time. I'll be trying to update the specials; trying to keep up with Chef! Let's face it, there are often going to be "Surprise Specials" that Chef just cooked up unannounced, because he can, that only the folk that come in will know about. I can not claim to keep up with the man. There, I've said it publicly!
Also needing to be said publicly: There is NO TIPPING at The S&S Takeout! We own it; please buy more food or a t-shirt. Come in more often. Save up and cater your next party.
There were many times in our lives where a cup of soup and a piece of bread helped tremendously, and we are so glad to see that others feel the same. Our menu is designed to be flexible. Of course, sometimes we go a little crazy with the baked goods. But we do honestly feel that food made from real food ingredients is intrinsically healthier, and that natural things are wholesome. Each individual is in charge of their own moderation ;)
